The conference will focus on international commercial arbitration and its role in fostering economic development in the Balkans region.
Scott Vesel will deliver a keynote address on the enforcement of international arbitral awards in emerging markets, drawing on his extensive experience in cross-border dispute resolution. Ilija Mitrev Penushliski will participate in a panel discussion on the evolution of arbitration frameworks in Southeast Europe.
