Ms. Saraf is a practising Advocate with four years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, having graduated with a B.A. LL.B. degree from Mody University, Laxmangarh, Rajasthan. With hands-on courtroom and drafting experience since qualifying, she assists the Chamber in the preparation and conduct of matters before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts and arbitral tribunals. Her practice is marked by careful research, precise drafting and a practical, result-oriented approach.
Areas of Practice:
• Civil Litigation – Assisting in and handling basic civil matters, including drafting of plaints, written statements, replies and applications, and appearances before District Courts.
• Commercial Disputes – Assisting in contractual and commercial disputes, including case assessment and preparation of briefs and notes for senior counsel.
• Arbitration – Drafting of pleadings, statements of claim and defence, written submissions and assistance in proceedings before arbitral tribunals.
• Research & Drafting – Legal research, case-law compilation, legal notices, replies and general documentation support to the Chamber.
